Flagler County leaders to vote on medical marijuana dispensary ban

Commissioners rejected previous proposal to allow dispensaries

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Flagler County commissioners will take their first vote Monday on an ordinance that would ban medical marijuana dispensaries in unincorporated areas.

The county has had a moratorium on dispensaries in place since shortly after Florida voters passed an amendment last year legalizing medical marijuana.
