PALM BAY, Fla. – A man was arrested in Polk County on Friday night in connection with a double homicide in Palm Bay, police said.
The shooting happened about 5:20 p.m. outside a home in the 2500 block of Vernon Drive, west of U.S. 1, police spokesman Lt. Mike Bandish said.
Palm Bay police said Derrick Flowers, 31, is accused of killing his half-brother, Joshua Wadlington, 27, and Michael Landon, 38, while in a rage.

The victims were found dead in the front yard of the home.
Witnesses said they heard an argument in the front yard before they heard gunshots.
Detectives are still looking for motive, police said.
