Apartments evacuated after fire starts at Orange County complex

8 units affected in fire, fire officials say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County Fire Rescue officials said apartments at a complex on Tanglewood Bay Drive were evacuated Monday evening after a unit caught fire.

Officials said said they arrived at the complex to smoke and flames. Sixteen families were displaced by the fire.

Eight units were affected. No injuries were reported.
