ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 9-year-old suffered facial injuries in a family pit bull attack Wednesday afternoon, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.
The attack was reported on Triple Crown Road just before 2 p.m.

Fire officials said the child was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. The child was listed in stable condition.
News 6 has learned the dog was humanely euthanized.
No criminal charges are pending, authorities said.
