MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Marion County deputies are investigating after human remains were found in the Ocala National Forest on Friday.
Deputies said they received a tip on Thursday that a body was possibly buried in the forest in an area off Forest Road 50.
On Friday, detectives went to the area and found the body in the grave, according to a release from deputies.
An autopsy will be performed to identify the remains.
No other details were immediately available.
