About 70 workers at the restaurant were told on Thursday that Sunday would be their last day of employment, News 6 was told.

The restaurant is located on LPGA Boulevard near Interstate 95.

Carter's mother told the News-Journal it is possible that a new restaurant could open on the site that includes her and possibly her son as partners.

It's not clear why the restaurant is closing.
