ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies have identified the body found in an Orlando pond as a man reported missing.
Deputies said the body of Robert Pearson was found near Shelburne Court and Oak Ridge Road by some weed control workers.
Deputies said Pearson had last been seen at his sister's house on West Oak Ridge Road on Jan. 22. Foul play is not suspected.
News 6 helicopter Sky 6 flew over the scene as authorities appeared to be searching in the area of Lake Jessamine.
No other details were immediately available.
