The following semi-truck caught on fire and Chulhan was pronounced dead at the scene, the Highway Patrol said.

Troopers said the 43-year-old Lawrence Lee of Mississippi, who was driving the leading truck, was taken to Parrish Medical Center for minor injuries.

All northbound lanes of I-95 were blocked following the crash, troopers said. Drivers were being directed to exit at exit 220, troopers said.

Brevard County Fire Rescue personnel said just before 10:15 a.m. that crews were still working to clean up near the scene of the crash.

Titusville police said at 11:30 a.m. that I-95 was still closed. Officers were directing traffic near State Road 406 and the Garden Street exit.

Police said at noon that one northbound lane of I-95 had reopened at State Road 406. Drivers were asked to approach the area with caution.

The Highway Patrol said the crash was still being investigated.
