WINTER PARK, Fla. – City leaders in Winter Park are set to sign off on a plan to raise fees on everything from turning on electricity to playing tennis.
The city is considering fee increases for dozens of different services, including a $22 hike for installing a new utility meter and a $34 increase for annual passes to use the tennis courts.
