DeLAND, Fla. – Troopers have identified a woman who was killed Monday in a five-vehicle crash in Volusia County.

The fatal crash happened around 2:05 p.m. on State Road 472 at Minnesota Avenue, south of DeLand.
Cynthia Heckman, 63, of DeLand, died in the crash, according to troopers. Heckman was driving a Ford Mustang that became sandwiched in between a septic truck and a tractor-trailer on State Road 472, FHP said.
A septic truck and an SUV involved both crashed into a ditch, where the SUV overturned.
Video from the scene shows three wrecked vehicles, including a truck. One of the vehicles was obliterated in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
No other details have been released.
