Sunshine-filled Saturday expected in Central Florida once fog clears

Highs to return to upper 70s, lower 80s

ORLANDO, Fla. – Parts of Central Florida saw some fog Saturday morning, but it isn't expected to last long.

"Patchy fog over Lake and Marion counties will continue to clear out throughout the morning," News 6 meteorologist Samara Cokinos said. "Once it clears up, there will be plenty of sunshine and around average warmth."

High temperatures on Saturday will return to the upper 70s and lower 80s. 

"Conditions along the coast are not expected to be too rough for boaters," Cokinos said. "There will be a moderate chop on the water and seas will be between 3-4 feet."

Skies will remain clear overnight overnight, with lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

A cold front will move through the area Sunday, bringing a few showers with it. Highs will be in the upper 70s.
