LEESBURG, Fla. – Big crowds will roar into Lake County on Friday as Leesburg Bikefest 2024 gets underway.
As many as 100,000 are expected to attend the free three-day event, which opens at 9 a.m. each day and closes at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
Downtown Leesburg offices and facilities, including City Hall and the municipal services center, will be closed Friday due to street closures, with the Leesburg Public Library to be closed through Sunday, according to the city. For those not looking to deal with traffic, LakeXpress will offer a shuttle service with 160 stops from The Villages to Mount Dora.
The two-stage concert lineup features acts from Sugar Ray, Lovechild, Frankie Ballard and many more, as well as a biker church service on Sunday.

The following roads will be closed, according to organizers:
- April 26 - April 28
- Main Street from 9th to 12th street — motorcycle only
- April 28
- Main Street from 9th to 12th street will remain open for church access, but will close from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. — motorcycle parking only
