ORLANDO, Fla. ā€“ Itā€™s back to school time and News 6 wants your child to arrive in style!

One lucky winner will win the chance for their child to be picked up by our very own Traffic Safety Expert Trooper Steve in his new patrol truck, Results-1.

To win, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 will need to enter the contest. To do so, you also must be a News 6 Insider. If youā€™re already an Insider, you can just log into your account. If youā€™re not, donā€™t worry, signing up is easy.

Once youā€™ve logged in or become a News 6 Insider, fill out the submission form below, upload a photo of your child in their back-to-school gear and tell us why they would like to ride with Trooper Steve in Results-1. Maybe even share a traffic safety tip of your own. Be as creative and original in your answer as you want.

There will be one winner of this contest whose child will get to participate in the ride along. The following additional rules must also be followed by the winner:

You must live within 15 miles of the school your child attends.

  • Offer valid for first day of school for one (1) child.
  • Open to elementary and middle school students.
  • One (1) Parent/Guardian must ride along with the child and Steve for drop off, Steve will return said parent/guardian back to pickup location.
  • Parent/Guardian must sign a waiver for child and for themselves.
  • If child is legally required by Florida law to ride in a safety seat, parent/guardian must provide adequate safety seat.
  • You are always on camera while in Results One, you must agree to using pictures/video/audio on air, online, on social media, etc... as it is WKMGā€™s sole discretion on how and when to use in perpetuity.
