Netflix has released more than 175 original movies and documentaries in 2023 alone — and the year’s not over yet.
Between those originals and the other films Netflix has acquired for its library, there is no shortage of films for subscribers to sink their teeth into. But with all of that new content coming in, some films are also on their way out. There are a handful of reasons a film leaves Netflix; the movie’s popularity may not justify the cost for Netflix to license it, or perhaps the rights are no longer available.

For Netflix subscribers like you, though, the reason why doesn’t matter; it’s having a heads-up so that you can watch that movie you’ve been dying to see or rewatch one of your favorites before it leaves the streaming service. With that in mind, Stacker compiled a list of the 19 movies leaving Netflix in November, so you can catch them before it’s too late.
A handful of Oscar darlings are saying goodbye to Netflix this month, including 2016′s “Loving” (about the case that invalidated state-level laws prohibiting interracial marriage), “Up in the Air” (the 2009 Geroge Clooney-Anna Kendrick dramedy about consultants hired to fire people), “Fences” (Denzel Washington’s 2016 big-screen adaptation of August Wilson’s famed play that won Viola Davis an Oscar), and “Arrival” (the 2016 sci-fi film starring Amy Adams as a linguist tasked with communicating with aliens).

Also, before Marvel started making their heroes the center of their own TV series on Netflix and then Disney+, there was the 2004 film adaptation of “The Punisher” with Thomas Jane and John Travolta, which is about to exit Netflix, too.
For those looking for some romance, this is your last chance to watch 2014′s “About Last Night” remake and the Nicholas Sparks adaptation “Dear John.” Meanwhile, families who haven’t watched the late ‘90s/early ‘00s Stuart Little movies or the 1991 Peter Pan adaptation “Hook” have only a few more weeks to catch these classics.
