FALL IS HERE.
Hi friends, it’s Brenda back in your inbox and with all the happenings!

I know I jumped the gun earlier this month by saying it was fall and to break out the pumpkin spice (which I did - don’t worry), but now it’s official! Today is the first day of fall 🍁. The picture at the top of this story is one I took while hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado a couple years ago.
The leaves were starting to change, the air was crisp and it was overall just a beautiful day and season. From my time living in Colorado, I truly appreciate the seasons, and fall is one of my favorites 🧡.
So let’s get into the spirit and start by celebrating ⤵️
Fall festival 🍂

Like I’ve already mentioned, it’s officially FALL. So the festivals are definitely ramping up!
Southern Hill Farms is bringing its seventh annual festival back to Clermont this weekend, with a pumpkin patch, sunflower fields and live music 🎵.
There will be food trucks and vendors along with traditional fall desserts, such as apple cider donuts (um, yum), blueberry cobbler and pumpkin muffins 🤤.

P.S. News 6 is giving away passes to lucky Insiders for the festival. Click here to learn more and ENTER! It’s so easy.
Everything Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is well underway 🍻
There are a LOT of events this weekend, from Palm Coast to Orlando to Oviedo. At Oviedo’s festival, there will be performances from Orlando Trachtenverein and King Guys Oktoberfest Brass Band. If you don’t know who Orlando Trachtenverein is a group that performs traditional German, Bavarian and Austrian entertainment — how cool!
Enjoy German food, dancing and ultimately, all the fun, no matter which event you decide to go to 🥳.
Here’s everything you need to know about Oktoberfest events throughout Central Florida.
Celebrate culture 🎉

Hispanic Heritage Month started a week ago today, and it’s a time to recognize and celebrate Hispanic culture and traditions.
A time to celebrate the people, history, music, food and contributions of Americans with Hispanic heritage from Spain, Mexico, Central and South Americas, and the Caribbean.
The Lake Nona Hispanic Heritage Festival 2022 will feature live shows and cultural dance performances. Plus, if you go, you’ll be able to try foods from vendors from Puerto Rico, Peru, Mexico, El Salvador and more.
