DELTONA, Fla. – Authorities released a 911 call on Tuesday reporting the domestic battery incident between Luis Toledo and his wife, Yessenia Suarez.
Toledo has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Suarez and first-degree murder in the disappearance of his wife's two children.

The bodies of Suarez and her two children, 9-year-old Thalia Otto and 8-year-old Michael Otto, have not been found since their October disappearance, but deputies have declared them dead.
The day before Suarez's disappearance, investigators say, Toledo confronted her at work about having an affair with a co-worker and slapped her. In the 911 call released on Tuesday, Suarez's coworker asks for an officer to come remove Toledo from the office building on Primera Boulevard and says Toledo is refusing to leave.
In the background of the 911 call, a male voice can be heard yelling and the caller says she can't hear the dispatcher because Toledo and Suarez were "having a confrontation" in front of her.
"You had sex with him again," a male voice believed to be Toledo is heard yelling. "It was wrong!"
"I'm sorry," a female voice believed to be Suarez is heard saying back. "I'm sorry."
"I'm not upset about the guy you're doing it with, I'm upset you're doing that," the male voice said.
"It looks like it was a domestic abuse," the caller told the dispatcher.
