ORLANDO, Fla. – One of Central Florida's first convicted cyber stalkers says he has proof his victim was never in danger.

Macchione, convicted in 2012, says his YouTube rants, texts and Facebook messages to UCF coed Kristen Pratt were never made face-to-face.
"I was only talking to a computer, I wasn't really talking to a person," he said.
Currently on probation, Macchione admits he wanted Pratt to be the mother of his children.
"I couldn't explain (why), I don't know, I guess at the time I wanted to have a baby with her, I don't know why," he said.
Macchione recorded some of his video messages on the University of Central Florida's main campus.
One of the most unsettling video clips was a wide eyed rant saying he was a military man "on a mission to make Kristen Pratt feel warm and fuzzy."
" I was on acid that's what that was. I'm not actually crazy, I was just on drugs," Macchione said.
Under Florida law cyberstalking is defined as "electronically sending words, images, or language to a person that cause substantial emotional distress and serve no legitimate purpose."
Pratt, recently in Orlando, agreed to talk about Macchione's claim that he posed no threat to her.
"Just seeing him and his actions (on video) there is no way you can not feel endangered," she said.
Pratt first met Macchione in 2006 during a dual enrollment English class at Pasco Community College.
She says there was never any sort of relationship.
Macchione messaged her on Facebook three years later.
Now Macchione is banned from having any access to the internet or any communication with Pratt.
Dr.Katherine Oses, Professor of Psycological Sciences at Valencia College, says Macchione seems to lack any empathy for his victim.
"I think the one thing that stands out for everyone that reviews the video is the lack of the understanding of reality."
Macchione's probation will be completed June 2015.
