VIERA, Fla. – The State Attorney's Office in Brevard County on Thursday released new evidence in the case against a 33-year-old Palm Bay mother who's charged with killing her three children.

The 81-page report along with 911 recordings and interviews with detectives were part of the court documents that will be used in Jessica McCarty's trial.
Body camera video taken from a Palm Bay police officer was also made public, and shows the moment McCarty was taken down by non-lethal force, a bean bag shotgun, in front of her home in March.
Just minutes before she was subdued, authorities said the Palm Bay mother called 911, telling dispatchers that she had killed her three kids and slit her own wrists and neck.
"It's too late, it's already done," said McCarty. "I slit up and down, my neck, everything. And my three kids are dead."
According to police, McCarty strangled her two sons, 6-year-old Philip and 5-month-old Christopher Swist, and drowned her 7-year-old daughter Lacey.
Other family members called 911 in horror when they arrived to home.
"She killed my grandson, he's 5 months old. She killed my grandson."
Local 6 news partner Florida Today reports another audio file included the frantic 9-1-1 call from Christopher Swist, the father of the 5-month-old, arriving at the residence on Kenmore Street within minutes after McCarty called him and told him to come home, authorities reported. He was calling from his truck. McCarty had driven him to work earlier the same day.
He was at a local pizzeria eating dinner with his mother and brother when McCarty called.
"My girlfriend killed all three of my kids," he said, telling the dispatcher that his child was in his arm. He described seeing McCarty clutching a knife as he stood with his child. "We don't need the whole dog and pony show," he said, his voice flushed with high emotion.
"Just get...over here," he shouted, as yelling could be heard in the background of the call.
In newly released audio from an interview with a detective, McCarty says she feels guilty for what happened.
"I just don't know how it happened and I just can't believe that I don't have my kids anymore," McCarty told a Palm Bay detective.
Prosecutors only released half of the interview, saying that McCarty later admits to killing her children in the recording.
Also left behind was a good bye note, handwritten by the 33-year-old. It says in part, "To my family: I love you more than life itself. I am fully aware that this out is much more painful for everyone I left behind. I had no other choice."
McCarty is charge with three counts of first-degree premeditated murder and is currently being held at the Brevard County jail until her trial.
The information will likely form the basis of court hearings and possibly any trial that follows. The state attorney's office has already filed notice that it plans to seek the death penalty in the case against McCarty pending any other evidence that would make them withdraw the decision. If the death penalty is pursued, the case could take decades to wind through the legal system.
No trial date has been set.
