The fair was held today at Wyndham Orlando Resort where administrative, executive, and management positions were up for grabs.

In a small studio a few miles away, local artists were vying for spots as a performer, dancer, singer, or DJ. The search continues Saturday.

"I-Drive is just becoming its 21st century self. We are helping it shed its 20th century self," said Joshua Wallack, Mango's Chief Operating Officer.

The fair is looking to recruit workers with experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Jobs available include everything from cooks and restaurant staff to managers and entertainers. Entertainers should specifically have experience in American and Latin music, be trained in ballet, jazz, ballroom and latin dancing, or pop and hip hop, Wallack said.

"They sort of have to hustle for gigs all the time and then try to keep a day job and dance at night and stuff like that, not anymore. This is where we give careers to folks who are in the arts," Wallack told Local 6.

"If you give up, the next person is going to step up and basically take your spot," said Kiara Francis. Francis is auditioning to be a dancer and choreographer for the restaurant and nightclub.

Additionally, Mango's officials are searching for Michael Jackson impersonators.

People are not only competing with each other, so is Orlando. "Where it's competitive with just about any entertainment district in the entire country and that's what going to help bring new city-wide conventions," Wallack said.

The fair is also on Saturday from 10-7pm. Entertainment casting is taking place at RhythmX at 4081 LB McLeod Rd, Ste A in Orlando. For management positions, you can go to Wyndham Orlando Resort at 8001 International Drive in Orlando.

Wallack is part of the team looking to develop the a different corner of I-Drive and Sand Lake Road by building the Skyplex entertainment complex.

The Orlando Mango's, a 55,000-square-foot, bright yellow building near the intersection of I-Drive and Sand Lake Road, is scheduled to open in October, said Wallack.

The attraction is under active construction right now and more than 100 crew members are working to complete the site.

The new I-Drive attraction will be the second Mango's location, following the same late-night entertainment offering in Miami Beach. The attraction is combination of restaurant, nightclub and dinner shows.

With no set show times, diners arriving between 6-9 p.m. will find Mango's offers a continuous rotation of stage shows and dancing. After hours, the location becomes an active nightclub with DJs and multiple bars.
