DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Home surveillance video on Sunday captured the moment a man or teen vandalized another man's car in Daytona Beach.
Video shows the person throwing what appears to be a rock at the front passenger window, but when it does not break, he throws it a second time and shatters the window.
The culprit was seen running off with someone else.
The motive for the incident is not known.
Anyone who recognizes the person is asked to call the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
