ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman was found dead outside Florida Hospital East Wednesday morning, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said the 61-year-old woman was found outside the hospital in her car on Lake Underhill Road at 9:30 a.m.

There are no signs of foul play and investigators said it appears the woman had previous medical issues. She was identified Wednesday afternoon as Rita Marie Delaney.
An autopsy will determine her cause of death, the Sheriff's Office said.
No other information was available.
