ORLANDO, Fla. – Dr. Phillips Charities has agreed to donate $8.9 million for a new fitness center in The Packing District.
A new YMCA Family Center will be located along Princeton Street and Texas Avenue, near College Park.

The facility will have 24,500 square feet of space.
Crews are expected to break ground on the YMCA Family Center in late 2019.
It is expected to open to the public by early 2021.
