There’s exciting news for Volusia County residents as a Costco Wholesale is coming to Daytona Beach.
ONE DAYTONA announced Costco is one of its newest tenants. It’s the first Costco for Volusia County.

The membership warehouse will break ground in Daytona Beach in 2023 with a plan to be open by 2024, the news release said.
“We are excited to announce that Costco is joining us as the newest tenant at ONE DAYTONA,” said Roxanne Ribakoff, president of ONE DAYTONA. “Costco is a top international retailer that will significantly round out the retail mix, and because we currently do not have a concept like this on site, it will greatly enhance the everyday experience for those who live, visit and play at ONE DAYTONA.”

The location is planned for the 150,000 square foot space of the northwest section of ONE DAYTONA, adjacent to the movie theater, the company said.
ONE DAYTONA said the location will bring approximately 250 additional jobs to the community with some of the highest wages and best benefits in the area.

ONE DAYTONA, which is located across from Daytona International Speedway, offers 300,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
