ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando is getting another entertainment venue and this time, it’s one centered around golf.

“We are excited to introduce PopStroke to the Orlando community,” Woods said in a release. “PopStroke is about bringing friends and families together to create lasting memories around the game of golf. We have created two 18-hole putting courses that can be enjoyed by all, regardless of age or skill level. We look forward to welcoming a new generation of players to our unique putting experience at PopStroke Orlando.”
This new golf experience features two 18-hole putting courses, outdoor dining offering a full menu along with craft beer, wine and cocktails, as well as an outdoor game area and playground, the company said.
The courses feature synthetic turf and have undulations, fairways, bunkers and rough just like on a traditional golf course, the entertainment group said.
For those new to golf, the Tiger Black Course is the ideal course, while the Tiger Red Cours will challenge even the most experience putters with contouring and tricky hole locations, according to PopStroke.
“Orlando has long been recognized as one of the premier entertainment destinations in the world and a natural fit for PopStroke’s continued expansion,” said Founder Greg Bartoli. “We look forward to being a part of such an exciting and rapidly expanding community as we introduce the PopStroke brand to people of all ages. East Orlando is thriving with young families, college students, faculty, administrators as well as working professionals and retirees making it a perfect fit for all that PopStroke has to offer. We are bringing people together across generations to enjoy the game of golf in an affordable, fun, and competitive environment.”
The venue is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Center at 321 N. Alafaya Trail. The company says this is the first of several Orlando locations which are planned.
