VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange City man was arrested Thursday after deputies said they found child pornography images of mostly girls between the ages of 4 and 13 on his electronic devices, according to a news release.

Deputies said they were alerted to several sexually explicit photos of children on 39-year-old Eric Bonnette’s devices following a disturbance at his home back in April.

On April 7, deputies responded to Bonnette’s home on E. Wisconsin Avenue and he was arrested on unrelated charges, including possession of weapon and ammunition by a convicted felon and violation of an injunction for domestic violence protection, according to the sheriff’s office.

Detectives said they then obtained a search warrant, located his cellphones, iPads, tablets, laptops and a safe, and discovered Bonnette was uploading child pornography images.
