After pulling her over, troopers found that she had “bloodshot and watery eyes,” smelled like alcohol and slurred her words while discussing the reason for the traffic stop, troopers said.

In an arrest affidavit, troopers explained that Bianchi was taken into custody on a charge of DUI — a charge that she had already been convicted of twice in the past.

While in the back of the patrol car, Bianchi became “very argumentative and resistive,” yelling at the trooper through the partition window, the affidavit shows,

However, when the trooper tried to close the window, Bianchi brought up her hands to keep it from closing, troopers said.

According to the FHP, the trooper told Bianchi to remove her hands, and when he grabbed her hands to get them out of the way, Bianchi dug her fingernails into the trooper’s hand, causing him to bleed.

The report shows that after seeing the trooper’s injury, Bianchi yelled “Good!”

Troopers added that Bianchi tried to reach through the window to grab the trooper’s rifle, and other law enforcement officers were called in to help control her.

Bianchi faces charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. She bonded out of jail on Sunday morning.
