ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was found shot to death early Wednesday in Orange County, according to sheriff’s officials.
Deputies responded around 12:45 a.m. to the 2600 block of Dianjo Drive and found the man dead.

The man was later identified by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office as 48-year-old Stanley Scott.
Later Wednesday, firefighters were called to a house fire on the same street. Neighbors told News 6 that the house that caught fire was the same home where Scott was found dead. Sheriff’s officials have yet to confirm any connection between the shooting and fire.
An investigation is ongoing.
