Shell is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and attempted premeditated first-degree murder stemming from a shooting at the Paddock Mall on Dec. 23, which killed 40-year-old David Barron.
Police said they believe that Shell had specifically targeted Barron, though a woman was also struck by gunfire during the shooting.
Anyone with information on Shell’s whereabouts is urged to call (352) 369-7000.
