ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – If you’ve ever wanted to learn to make cheese, we have you covered – and you’ll have a grate time!
The UF/IFAS Extension Orange County announced they are offering a cheesemaking class where you’ll learn the basics of making cheese from the process, equipment and food safety needed.

The “Science of Cheesemaking ”class will take place on Thursday, March 14, from, 2-4 p.m. at the UF IFAS Extension Orange County located at 6021 South Conway Road.

“You will discover the basics of cheese making from the process, equipment, and food safety; and will prepare and sample homemade mozzarella,” the class’s description read in part.
The fee is $20 per person and you can register by clicking here. Pre-registration is required.
