DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Revving up for its 83rd year, Bike Week takes center stage in Daytona Beach drawing motorcycle enthusiasts from far and wide.

From March 1-10, Daytona Beach — known for hosting the iconic Daytona 500 NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway — transforms into a hub of motorcycle culture during this annual celebration.

The festivities kick off with a multitude of events and the official Bike calendar provides a detailed schedule for attendees:

Guests bringing their motorcycles can ride “The Loop” which has 22 miles of open road where riders can enjoy the countryside. Click here for a full map of The Loop.

The Official Bike Week Welcome Center has a brand new ONE DAYTONA location which offers a new outdoor lifestyle and entertainment destination. Here, visitors can find helpful Daytona Regional Chamber Ambassadors who can help navigate your weekend and give great places to go, fun things to do and other services that you may need.

Beyond the Bike Week excitement, Daytona Beach invites visitors to explore the area’s attractions. While speed enthusiasts can delve into the history of racing at the World Center of Racing and enjoy a dose of Harley-Davidson culture at Destination Daytona, there’s more to discover.

The Museum of Arts & Sciences, Ponce Inlet’s well-preserved lighthouse, the Daytona Beach flea market and the vibrant boardwalk overlooking the “World’s Most Famous Beach” offer a diverse range of experiences.

Bike Week in Daytona Beach originated with the inaugural Daytona 200 on Jan. 24, 1937.

The first race covered a 3.2-mile beach and road course. The early races, also known as the “Handlebar Derby,” ran until 1941, when World War II led to a hiatus, according to the official Bike Week website.
