SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A car crash in Oviedo left two adults and two children injured on Friday evening, according to the Seminole County Fire Department.
Fire officials told News 6 that the crash happened near Alafaya Trail and East Palm Valley Drive around 7:20 p.m.

The crash involved “two vehicles, moderate damage and two entrapments, and both patients were removed pretty quickly,” the SCFD said.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an SUV had been driving north along Alafaya Trail, trying to turn onto Palm Valley Drive.
Meanwhile, another car was driving south on the roadway, striking the back of the SUV as it turned, troopers said.

The collision caused the car to overturn off the roadway, investigators added.
In total, a woman and two children — all of whom were in the SUV — were taken to the hospital as trauma alerts. Another adult in the SUV was injured but in stable condition, fire officials explained.
However, the FHP announced that all four of them suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Additionally, troopers said that the driver in the southbound car — an 18-year-old man from Orlando — was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Since the crash, the roadblock has been cleared, though the crash remains under investigation, troopers added.
