LAKE MARY, Fla. – Lake Mary High School was locked down and placed on a Code Red after students from another school entered the campus, officials said.
The lockdown was lifted Monday at LHMS, located at 655 Longwood Lake Mary Road.

In a call to families of students, a message said Lake Mary High was locked down “out of an abundance of caution.” No one was allowed onto or could leave campus. the call said.
School officials later said the lockdown was lifted.
“There were two students from another campus that briefly entered Lake Mary High,” officials said. “Those students were located and there was no threat. Everything is all clear.”
Here’s the original message sent to parents and guardians:
Dear Ram Families,
We are currently on a Code Red out of an abundance of caution. At this time, nobody will be permitted onto campus or to leave campus. We are working closely with law enforcement to locate two students from another campus who entered Lake Mary High. We will send an updated message once we receive the all clear from law enforcement.
