MELBOURNE, Fla. – Four women face charges after a 6-year-old child was kidnapped at knifepoint in Melbourne, according a news release.
Melbourne police said that they responded to a call just before 11 a.m. at a south Melbourne residence regarding the abduction.

According to the release, the victim told police that the child was taken by “multiple female suspects who had attacked her and threatened her with a knife.”

Police said the suspects took the child and left in an SUV with an Alabama license plate.
According to Melbourne police, they believe the suspects were related to the child’s father who lives in Alabama.
A statewide bulletin was issued for the vehicle, which police believed was heading north towards Alabama.
Deputies with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office were able to locate the vehicle traveling west on Interstate 10, according to the release. After they stopped the SUV, they were able to recover the child and detain the suspects.
Police said the child was not injured.
According to the release, “arrest warrants were completed for the suspects who will be extradited to Brevard County.”
The suspects were identified as:
- Eva Leonora Ical Ical, 32, who police said was the driver of the SUV. She faces charges of home invasion robbery, grand theft from a dwelling, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, child abuse, and unlawful possession of the personal identification information of another.
- Ingris Ical Ical, 22 faces charges of home invasion robbery, grand theft from a dwelling, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, child abuse, and unlawful possession of the personal identification information of another.
- Marcia Ical Ical, 30 faces charges of home invasion robbery, grand theft from a dwelling, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, child abuse, and unlawful possession of the personal identification information of another.
- Dilia Pop Tec Ical, 24 faces charges of home invasion robbery, grand theft from a dwelling, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, child abuse, and unlawful possession of the personal identification information of another.
