The event will help people learn about the process of getting their records expunged for non-violent arrests.

The event is free but if you submit an application to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for the expungement, there is a nonrefundable $75 fee, paid with a money order or cashier’s check.

Advanced registration can be found on the state attorney’s website. However, walk-ins for the workshop are also welcome.

CareerSource Central Florida will also host federal bonding workshops at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to help those with a criminal record get a job.
