ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police on Friday arrested a man accused of stabbing a 17-year-old boy.

Devon Osby, 42, faces a charge of attempted second-degree murder, the Orlando Police Department said in a statement.

The stabbing was reported out of the 4400 block of Bleasdale Avenue, the statement reads.

The boy was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said, adding both parties are known to each other.

At his first appearance in court Saturday, Osby was ordered to have no contact with the victim and was given no bond pursuant to the attempted second-degree murder charge.
