‘Obvious signs of trauma:’ 13-year-old girl killed on 4th of July in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 13-year-old girl is dead and Orange County deputies are now looking for whoever is responsible.

Deputies were called to the 4400 block of S. Rio Grande Ave. after Rose Thalie Dieujeste was found unresponsive, according to the sheriff’s office.

Investigators said the girl had “obvious signs of trauma,” but did not detail what that entailed or how she may have received those injuries.

The victim was taken to the hospital where she later died.
