WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Three more victims have come forward, and new charges have been filed against a Polk County man who was arrested last month, accused of secretly photographing a teen in his bathroom.
Domingo Rivera Velez, 43, was arrested on June 26. Deputies said he used a digital watch, left in a bathroom, to take pictures of a 15-year-old while she was nude in his bathroom. He bonded out two days later.

Rivera Velez was arrested again on Monday for charges related to three victims, including one victim who is now an adult but was 11 years old at the time they were recorded.
The new charges included video voyeurism of a victim under 16, video voyeurism, enhanced possession of child pornography, and production of child pornography.
Detectives are also still reviewing videos that were recorded at the south Lakeland Home Depot where Rivera Velez worked. Deputies said the videos were recorded in the store aisles with a hidden camera. They said Rivera Velez was trying to shoot under the skirts and dresses of female customers.
