On the northern edge of Ward Park in Winter Park, an old tree stump was transformed into a sculpture in memory of Tracy Rupp. She was a Lake Mary High School graduate and later a resident of Winter Park who tragically lost her life at age 24.
The tribute originated from Tracy’s father, Ross Rupp, and was created by artist Keith Carroll from Brevard County.
