The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, along with GlidePathCX, is launching this program to provide customers and employees the opportunity to claim rewards, including airline miles, gift cards and cash back. It will additionally send customized feedback to the airport to improve overall experience.

“We served more than 57 million customers at Orlando International Airport in 2023, so literally millions could benefit from a program like this” said Kevin J. Thibault, chief executive officer at GOAA. “It’s gratifying to offer ‘MCO Rewards’ as a way to further engage with customers and to say ‘thanks’ for choosing MCO as their airport of choice.”

Airport officials stated customers can immediately start earning rewards for by linking a card to the program. Points may then be redeemed for rewards by clicking the “Redeem” button at the top of the homepage.

MCO provided the following information on how to join:

  • Click the “Sign Up Now” button
  • Securely link your credit and/or debit card by clicking the “Wallet” button
  • Earn points automatically

Enrollment in the program is free and available at the program’s website.
