SANFORD, Fla. – On Monday, I visited Sanford to assess a stretch of roadway under heavy construction.
The section of State Road 46 west of French Avenue is experiencing a major transformation, but with construction cones, barrels, and shifting lanes, it’s clear that drivers are facing challenges navigating the area.
