Man found not guilty of murder in deadly Sanford shooting

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A man arrested in 2023 and accused of second-degree murder in a fatal Sanford shooting has been found not guilty by a Seminole County jury, court records show.

Rodrakus Warren, now 29, was found not guilty on Nov. 8 of the second-degree murder charge he’s faced since his arrest in March 2023.

The trial lasted four days and a jury of six had been selected, according to court records.
