Other eateries planning to open at The Crossings at Viera include Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Dave’s Hot Chicken, a spokesperson for the shopping center told News 6.

This Fatburger location will be roughly 1,800 square-feet with a 400 to 600 square-feet patio and will be hiring 20-30 employees, a spokesperson for the brand said.

Fatburger is known for its classic burgers, served on a toasted bun with “The Works” (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles and relish).

It also serves impossible burgers, turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries.

Meanwhile, this is going to be the third outpost in the Sunshine State – with the other locations being in Celebration and in the Tampa area.

The brand previously announced it planned to open 10 locations in the Central Florida area.

Fatburger is owned by FAT (Fresh, Authentic, Tasty) Brands Inc., which owns other restaurant chains such as Johnny Rockets, Twin Peaks and Fazoli’s.
