SpaceX launches rocket overnight from Florida’s Space Coast

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket from the Space Coast early Tuesday morning as part of its latest Starlink mission, according to a news release.

The launch of 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, is lifted off from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

Liftoff happened Tuesday at 12:39 a.m.

According to SpaceX, this was the 16th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-6, BlueBird-1, USSF-124, mPOWER-B, and 11 Starlink missions.

Following stage separation, the first stage was set to land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
