ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 19-year-old man is in the hospital after being shot on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they responded to the 5200 block of Silver Star Road regarding the shooting around 2:30 p.m.
According to a news release, deputies located a man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition.

Deputies said the investigation is in its early stages.
