Sanford Pints n’ Paws fest fundraises for animal shelters with live music, over 70 vendors

Free event takes over downtown Sanford

SANFORD, Fla. – Bring your dog and grab a drink, the annual Pints n’ Paws Craft Beer Festival is back this Saturday in downtown Sanford.

The festival will feature over 70 breweries, vendors, food trucks and more all while benefitting animal shelters in the area.

“Set against the charming backdrop of Celery City Craft and West End Trading Co., attendees can enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, delicious food, live music, and activities for both humans and their four-legged friends‚” the event’s website reads.

The festival was started in 2011 by Paul Williams, who joined Trooper Steve on Patrol to talk about the big event. Click here to see the full interview.

According to the event’s website, Pints n’ Paws has helped raise over $600,000 for pet rescues in the area.

While the event itself is free to attend, if you’d like to sample craft beer from the dozens of breweries, tickets are available for purchase.
