MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Marion County deputies have reported a “suspicious death” in the Dunnellon area on Tuesday evening.
In a release, deputies said they were investigating the death near 189th Avenue, where witnesses found the man’s body.

Detectives later provided an update on the situation, identifying the man as 29-year-old Henry Singleton. His death is now being investigated as a homicide.
Per investigators, he was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound in the 3200 block of SW 189th Ave., near Dunnellon.
