It’s been a frequently asked question for quite some time — when will Universal Epic Universe single-day tickets go on sale?

Hello, reader. It’s Haley, voice of the In the Loop: Theme Park Scoops newsletter.

Universal Orlando Resort has implemented a phased Epic Universe ticket rollout. It was only multi-day ticket options in October and last month, Florida resident ticket offerings went on sale.

This week, Universal announced that single-day tickets are on sale. Tickets for adults start at $139 but keep in mind that prices vary depending on the day you plan to visit.

I did some looking ahead, and a single-day ticket to Epic Universe on July 4 will cost you $189, which is the same price as a single-day ticket into Magic Kingdom.

Another question that gets brought up frequently is about Express Passes. Universal says other add-on products will go on sale soon.

Epic entertainment 🎪

Naturally, rides are getting a lot of hype at Epic Universe, but don’t overlook the roughly 30 entertainment offerings at this park.

Epic has two large-scale shows to get excited about — the first-ever full-scale theatre experience in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and a live show at Isle of Berk that will feature flying dragons.

As for Dark Universe, the setting of Darkmoor will feature free-roaming monsters and meet-and-greets, and a violinist who will tell folklore stories to guests.

We can’t forget interactive gameplay at Super Nintendo World. I included that in my round-up of Super Nintendo experiences on MAR10 Day!

SeaWorld Orlando

Taking you to the Arctic 🐻‍❄️

SeaWorld has made a name for itself as the coaster capital of Orlando but this spring, they will add a new ride to its lineup that will touch all your senses.

Enter Expedition Odyssey, opening spring 2025.

Taking over the former site of Wild Arctic, this new flying simulator ride will put guests close to a theater screen.

To capture a real, immersive experience, the SeaWorld team went to the top of the world. Everything you’ll see in the film was footage captured, including animals in their natural habitat.

I took a hard-hat tour of the construction site with a couple of my colleagues. You can click here for a walkthrough.

Wild Arctic is my favorite attraction at SeaWorld Orlando, and it wasn’t until a visit this week and seeing it under construction that I realized the attraction could use some reviving.

St. Patrick’s Day lands during SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival and as luck would have it, the park is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day two weekends in March.

During those times, guests can immerse themselves in Irish culture with exclusive entertainment and special food and beverage offerings.

Disney isn’t slowing down when sharing details on future experiences at theme parks.

This past weekend, Walt Disney World took center stage in at SXSW 2025 in Texas, where we got a sneak peek at a new Mandalorian theme coming to Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, testing for a new “Cars-themed” land and concept art for the first-ever suspended coaster at a Disney park.

With Epic Universe opening in roughly two months, we can expect more Disney announcements like these.
