Gluten-Free Kingdom

Disney has always been there for guests with food allergies. Until now, though, it has often meant taking a trip to the kitchen and talking with the chef. (One dear friend of mine knows seemingly all the chefs in the 28,000 acre resort)

But Animal is tackling allergies, especially gluten allergies, head-on with the new Gardens Kiosk.
 It actually opened earlier this month, in the park's central hub, Discovery Island.

 As you see in the map above, it is near Flame Tree Barbecue and the new Adventurers Outpost Meet & Greet.

It allows guests with all food allergies to ask questions about meal options in the park. For the seemingly growing number of  guests who can't taken gluten, there are  
 healthful, prepackaged snacks.
