The Super Bowl is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Sunday in Las Vegas, and many are placing their bets on a variety of different factors ahead of the big game.
While many of those gambles involve game statistics like touchdowns or total points scored, there are quite a few others that have little to do with the sports match at all.
For example, oddsmakers are taking bets on which song Usher — who will perform at halftime during the event — is going to open with.
According to the Miami Herald, another musician has also impacted the bets ahead of Sunday’s match: Taylor Swift.

Her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has reportedly sparked a surge in bets related to Kelce’s performance.
In October, FanDuel CEO Amy Howe said that bets related to Kelce had “doubled in the weeks she’s been on the scene.”
“The demand goes through the roof,” Howe explained during the Global Gaming Conference.
While sports bets directly tied to Swift aren’t legal in the U.S., online sportsbook DraftKings has a section on its website titled, “FOR THE SWIFTIES.”
Bets on that list are either named after or reference several of Swift’s songs, such as “You Belong With Rashee,” “Shake It Off” and “Anti-Hero.”
While Super Bowl viewers won’t be able to place actual bets on Swift, Forbes Betting has released a list of Taylor Swift-themed prop bets for fans.
That list is as follows:
- Will Swift be shown on camera during the game at least six times?
- Will Swift make it to the Super Bowl on time for kickoff after her Tokyo concert?
- Will Swift be wearing a Kelce jersey?
- Will Swift be shown singing along with the national anthem?
- Will Kelce make Swift’s famous “heart hands” after scoring a touchdown?
- Will Swift be shown hugging Kelce’s mom during the game?
- Will Swift hug Brittany Mahomes after a Chiefs touchdown?
- Will the broadcasters mention a Swift lyric at least three times?
- Will Swift be shown on camera during Usher’s Super Bowl halftime show?
- Will Swift be in a Super Bowl commercial?
- Will Kelce quote a Swift song after the game concludes?
- Will Kelce and Swift kiss on the field after the game?
- Will Swift be shown holding the Lombardi Trophy?
- Will the Super Bowl MVP mention Swift in his speech?
- Will Swift receive a Gatorade shower on the field?
- Will Kelce propose to Swift after the game?
