Port Canaveral is revealing where it wants to build its next cruise terminal a few years from now.

With more than three million people cruising in just the last six months, Port Canaveral said it's beginning planning of building a new cruise terminal to handle record passenger numbers as soon as 2026.

The Norwegian Escape was leaving Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic when the cruise line says the ship “made contact with the channel bed.”
